A systematic identification strategy which systematically integrated UMDS, sPIF and DFIS was used. Global metabolic profile of ZZHPD in rat bile, urine and feces was characterized for the first time. A total of 83 compounds were detected and identified in vivo. Four metabolites were reported for the first time. Metabolic pathways of xenobiotics in rat bile, urine and feces after oral administration were summarized and compared.
