Syngas (H2 & CO) from CO2 reforming of HDPE was investigated with different catalysts.

Highest syngas production was 138.81 mmolsyngas g− 1HDPE, with the Ni–Al catalyst.

Addition of Co to the Ni–Al catalyst improved syngas production and CO2 conversion

Higher catalyst Co content gave higher syngas production and CO2 conversion.
