Two magnetic transitions, at TSRO (high T) and Tf (low T), occur in Lu(Fe1-xAlx)2. TSRO corresponds to a short-range ferromagnetic order (cluster formation). The clusters formed at TSRO become blocked at Tf. The global observed behavior can be described as a frustrate reentrant spin glass. A magnetic phase diagram has been proposed for Lu(Fe1-xAlx)2.
