Radiation force and energy efficiency computations are presented. Physical constraints on the non-dimensional absorption parameters are derived. An inequality for the case of viscoelastic cylinders is obtained. The inequality can be used to verify and validate experimental data. The condition should always be satisfied leading to accurate numerical computations.
