Precipitating anti-Ro60 Igs were purified from sera of patients with primary SS. Proteome of secreted Ro60 Igs was analysed by mass spectrometric sequencing. Anti-Ro60 autoantibodies express convergent and diversified IgV peptide signatures. Anti-Ro60 proteomes from anti-Ro vs anti-Ro/La subsets express unique mutational signatures.
