Hyaluronate@graphene composite film was fabricated at the glassy carbon electrode. Solid-phase microextraction combined with electrochemiluminescence detection was developed to detect trace level of hyperin. The strategy can be applied in Abelmoschus manihot and Semen cuscutae.
