Cadmium caused malformation of Bufo gargarizans embryo. Cadmium could decrease body weight and body length. Cadmium inhibited the development of Bufo gargarizans embryo. Cadmium changed mRNA expressions of Dio2, Dio3, TRα, SOD and GPx.
