The influence of the buffer concentration on the stretched DNA was clarified. Receding mechanisms of DNA droplet were investigated and analyzed. Two techniques were utilized: drop shape analyzing and fluorescence imaging. Increase of buffer/DNA concentration could enhance the contact angle hysteresis. The “coffee-ring” effect induces the ringlike pattern of stretched DNA.
