3-MCPD/β-chlorolactic acid/glycidol induced DNA damage in NRK-52E and HEK-293 cells.

H2O2 sensitivity increased with 3-MCPD, β-chlorolactic acid and glycidol treatments.

DNA repair capacity in treated groups was not statistically different from controls.

Higher purine base damage was determined in 20 μg/mL glycidol treated HEK-293 cells.
