A dynamic capacity allocation mechanism based on the QoS is proposed. The proposed hybrid algorithm can satisfy the requirement of different traffic. The proposed mechanism can knowledge MU's capacity demands. The high priority MUs have a low delay and packet loss rate less than 1%.
