A thermostable Eu/Tb-codoped MOF exhibiting strong luminescent at elevated temperature is reported. The high-temperature operating range of Eu0.37Tb0.63-BTC-a is 313–473 K. The mechanism of Eu0.37Tb0.63-BTC-a used as thermometers are also discussed.
