HTyr sulfate metabolites protect antioxidant defenses from TNF-α in endothelial cells. HTyr (sulfate > glucuronate) metabolites also protect from the inflammatory response. HTyr (sulfate > glucuronate) metabolites decrease adhesiveness of endothelial cells. HTyr sulfate metabolites suppress acute and chronic inflammation in mice.
