We propose a novel framework for modeling deteriorating structural systems. Stochastic dependence among element deterioration states is included. Reliability estimates are updated with inspection and monitoring outcomes. We implement the framework with subset simulation. Reliabilities of a steel frame and a Daniels system are assessed and updated.
