miR-92a is obviously up-regulated in OS tissues and cells. High miR-92a expression correlates with poor clinical features and reduced survival. Up-regulation of miR-92a promotes OS cell growth and induces apoptosis. FBXW7 is a direct target of miR-92a. FBXW7 is implicated in elevated miR-92a-induced OS progression.
