SRμCT is a powerful imaging tool to evaluate the effects of angiogenesis after SCI treatment with agomir-210. Administration of miR-210 reduces lesion area and improved functional recovery after SCI. The up-regulation of the endogenous miR-210 expression following agomir-210 administration promoted angiogenesis. Administration of miR-210 mediated apoptosis and inflammation in the spinal cord after SCI.
