Raman and FTIR spectroscopies for identifying of skin wound healing Incubation of samples in solutions of l-ascorbic acid and orthosilicic acid organizes the collagen structure. The increased intensity of the 1500–800 cm− 1 Raman bands reveals regeneration of the burn tissue.
