Water-based nano-Fe3O4 was synthesized by citric acid according to improved method. RLS spectra were applied to research the mechanisms of anticancer drugs-tumor cells. MTT method and cell apoptosis experiment have verified the experimental conclusion. Nimustine was the most effective in curing breast cancer. Alkylating drugs were inserted into DNA strands to suppress cellular DNA synthesis.
