Spectroscopic, thermal and structural studies of new l-leucine and d-leucine complexes with chloranilic acid

New complexes of l-leucine and d-leucine with chloranilic acid are synthesized. Electronic (UV–Vis) and vibrational absorption (VA) spectra for both compounds were collected. Electronic circular dichroism (ECD) and vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) spectra were measurements. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric (TG) investigations were performed. NMR spectroscopy in solutions and in solid state will be used to determine the geometry of molecules.
