Visfatin/Nampt was decreased in placentas with PE compared to controls. SIRT1 was decreased in placentas with PE compared to controls. SIRT3 was decreased in placentas with PE with most difference at preterm. Oxidative stress markers and telomere length showed no differences in PE.
