Three-dimensional network with ultra-thin Ni/Co basic carbonate nanowires was grown assisted by graphene oxide. Graphene has a low content (6 wt%) but uniform dispersion in the network. The basic carbonate was in situ converted to hydroxide with high capacitance. The converted composite showed good electrochemical performance as the electrodes of supercapacitors.
