Novel alternating current electroluminescent AgNW/ZnS/cPI/AgNW devices were demonstrated, which is substrate-free. AgNWs/cPI composite electrodes used as both the bottom electrode and dielectric layer. The flexible devices were highly durable during cyclical bend testing.
