Only the intensity information of the quick response code is recorded as the ciphertext by using 4f system. A new phase retrieval algorithm is proposed to solve the stagnation problem in the decryption process. Only the initial values of chaotic map with high sensitivity are employed as the private keys. The scheme has camouflage property to some extent because the parameters are engendered as interims.
