Thermal and optical characterization of biologically synthesized ZnS nanoparticles were determined. Endophytic fungus Aspergillus flavus isolated from a medicinal plant Nothapodytes foetida was used for the characterization. Cu2 + and Mn2 + ions were detected based on colorimetric sensing using biologically synthesized ZnS nanoparticles.
