Aqueous solution-resistant PCL/gelatin scaffolds were made via electrospinning. PCL/gelatin composite scaffolds have tunable biophysical properties. PCL/gelatin composite scaffolds showed strong cell–matrix interactions. PCL/gelatin composite scaffolds have the potential to be used as tissue scaffolds. They are especially applicable for wound dressings and endothelium regeneration.
