Cu2ZnSnSe4 thin films were fabricated by thermal evaporation. Cu2ZnSnSe4 compound was used as an evaporation material. Spectral sensitivity in the wavelength region above 1400 nm was observed. The additional SnSe phase detected by X-ray diffraction disappeared after annealing. The open-circuit voltage was improved by the annealing procedure.
