Experimental studies were carried out using solar-assisted fluidized bed dryer integrated biomass furnace for paddy. The drying rate and performances of this system were evaluated. The drying times and SEC were lower in this system compared to solar dryers. The solar fractions, biomass fractions, thermal and exergy efficiencies were investigated. The exergy efficiency is 48% and 50% for air temperature drying of 61 °C and 78 °C, respectively.
