文摘
Propofol, etomidate, ketamine and midazolam reduced ERK1/2 phosphorylation. The reduction in phosphorylation is in a time-dependent manner. The decreased phosphorylation is blocked via NMDA, PLC inhibitor and PKC activator. The inhibition of propofol was potentiated by PKC- and MEK- inhibitor and PLC activator. ERK1/2 represents a target for anesthetics in the brain.
