We report a triple-modenano sensorbased on CdTe QDs and AuNPs for discriminative detection of immunoglobulin.

The immune interaction between QDs-SPA and anti-IgY-AuNPs leads to donorquenching.

Anti-IgY-AuNPs peel off fromQDs-SPA and bind to IgY, resulting in QDs fluorescence restoration.

Fluorescence intensity increased linearly with increasing IgY concentrations from 5 to 200 ng/mL with LOD of 1.16 ng/mL.
