A microreactor with nonuniform micro-pin-fin arrays (NMPFAR) is proposed. Heat transfer performance of NMPFAR for hydrogen production is investigated. The NMPFAR exhibits better heat transfer performance. The Nusselt number is larger when the change of pin diameter in NMPFAR is less.
