We generated cancer stem cells (CSCs) from retinoblastoma cancer cells using reprogramming technology. Reprogrammed CSCs showed iPS colony-like morphology, up-regulated expression of CSC markers, the ability to form spheroids and chemoresistance. iPS-like CSCs were sorted with the MACS method.
