Growth of Nb-Cu nano-composite and nano-alloy films in the same compositional range Growth above the crystallization temperature of Nb and Cu helps in its phase separation. Nb:Cu::70:30 at.% is the optimal composition to form a nano-alloy. Both nano-composite and nano-alloy films of Nb-Cu are superconducting.
