A novel aptamer-based system for CAP detection was established. The detection limit of this aptamer-based system was 0.1 ng/mL. The aptamer-based system showed high selectivity against CAP's structure analogs. The recovery rate of CAP from spiked milk samples ranged from 94.0% to 102.0%.
