The expression of sema3A, 7A and its receptors is increased in the CNS of EAE-mice.

Sema7A increases in both infiltrating CNS and peripheral immune cells.

Sema3A shows a different pattern in the peripheral and infiltrating immune cells.

Sema3A and 7A are expressed in neonatal and adult OPCs and in mature oligodendrocytes.

Sema7A may represent a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of MS.
