Effect of nZVI on PAHs degradation in presence of biochar was investigated. nZVI did not affect the total and bioavailable PAHs content. No differences in PAH content were found between biochar and biochar with nZVI. The biochar reduced the toxicity of leachates from the soil contained nZVI.
