35 years of inorganic fertilizer and manure amendment alter the soil fungal community. Available phosphorus and organic matter concentrations played important roles in shaping the community structures. Inorganic fertilizers decrease soil fungal diversity. The incorporation of inorganic fertilizer and manure increase soil fungal diversity.
