High pressure CO2 gasification of a microalgae char is for the first time evaluated. Empirical models of the reactivity and gasification rates are obtained based on CCD. Process diagnosis through regression coefficients analysis is provided. CO2 concentration effect is statistically insignificant within the studied range. Higher values of temperature and pressure, higher gasification performance.
