A parametric geometric modeling method of gun barrel is presented. A novel meshing strategy of worn barrel is formulated. Based on user subroutine, an effective 3D thermo-mechanical FE model for barrel and projectile is established. The influence of different wear degrees on the performance of interior ballistic is researched.
