Generic azoxystrobins were evaluated for control of R. solani on sugar beet. Treatments were applied in-furrow and band applications. Generic azoxystrobins provided similar disease control as the standard Quadris. In greenhouse, generics were safe and effectively controlled R. solani. Generic azoxystrobins have potential for economic control of Rhizoctonia solani.
