Exacerbation or de novo Lamotrigine (LTG)-induced myoclonus has been reported in patients with different types of epilepsy. The neurophysiological study evidenced data compatible with both cortical and subcortical origin of myoclonus. We report the first case of de novo LTG-induced multifocal myoclonus in a patient affected by temporal lobe epilepsy.
