National use of lymph node dissections for Gleason≤6 cancer has been decreased from 2004 to 2013. National incidence of lymph node metastases was approximately 0.20% from 2004 to 2013. No patients in our institutional series had lymph node metastases. Biochemical recurrence occurred in 3 men who received lymph node dissection. All 3 men with recurrences responded to local salvage therapy.
