GnRH activates mTORC2 and the complex specific protein Rictor. mTORC2 facilitates GnRH-mediated actin cytoskeleton remodeling events. Actin remodeling is upstream of PKC activation. The actin cytoskeleton is key in facilitating both PKC and ERK activation.
