Effects of dietary amino acid patterns on growth, feed utilization and hepatic IGF-I, TOR gene expression levels of hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀ × Epinephelus lanceolatus ♂) juveniles
文摘
The amino acid pattern of FMPAA was more suitable for juvenile hybrid grouper compared to WEPAA, WHPAA and MCPAA. Dietary amino acid patterns affected the expression of hepatic IGF-I and TOR genes. Fish fed with FMPAA had higher mRNA expression levels of hepatic IGF-I and TOR genes compared to fish fed with WEPAA, WHPAA and MCPAA.
