EdU incorporation is effective to monitor T cell proliferation in vivo by flow cytometry. EdU detection is quick and easy, and compatible with multiple fluorescent dyes. Intraperitoneal and intravenous administration of EdU in vivo are feasible. T cell proliferation measured by EdU incorporation was comparable to BrdU.
