Compared with RGO, RGO/ZnO bilayer thin films exhibit enhanced surface roughness. RGO/ZnO film has a 30% enhancement of ΔR/R0 value to chloroform vapor. Effect of various flow rates and annealing on the electric resistance are studied. A new method is proposed to calculate sensing response with negligible hysteresis.
