CZTS nanoparticles were grew on the surface of thiol reduce graphene oxide by a facial in-situ solvothermal method. The formation mechanism of TiO2-TrGO-CZTS structure and the combination behavior of TrGO and CZTS were proposed. The in-situ synthesized TiO2-TrGO-CZTS structure can enhance the photoelectric property.
