We identified Lateolabrax maculatus HSP70s complete cDNA sequence. Tissue expression of HSP70s mRNA was analyzed by qPCR. Expression of HSP70s mRNA was observed under Vibrio harveyi infection. HSP70s play an important role in tissues protection in Lateolabrax maculatus.
