An ultrasensitive non enzymatic immunosensor for multiple tumor markers was fabricated. The two long DNA concatemers were fabricated via DNA hybridization chain reaction. The two kinds of signal probes were constructed by intercalating signal molecules into DNA grooves. The immunoassay possessed unprecedented sensitivity and wide linear range.
