Synthesis a series of fluorescein hydrazones with excellent yields. Inhibited 53% topo II (camptothecin, 29%) at 20 microM. Excellent antiproliferative activity against DU145, HCT15 and MCF7 cell lines. Induce G1 arrest and apoptosis in breast and colon cancer cells.
