3-D modelling and analysis of velocity and shear stress in spacer-filled channels for DCMD. Heat and mass transfer through the membrane modelled. 3 different hydrodynamic angles were tested αf = 45°, αf = 90°, αf = 0°. Different types of flow were identified for each hydrodynamic angle.
