Super-hydrophobicity is achieved by fabrication of sculptured thin film similar to gecko feet Contact angle decreases with increasing the size of the water drop Transition from Cassei to Wenzel state is observed by increasing the drop size Rose petal effect and a critical drop size is observed for sample with super-hydrophobic property Sample with super-hydrophobic property is acting as a sticky super-hydrophobic surface.
